Excellent book by a gifted writer.
As someone who has known the author for more years than either one of us will admit to, the book was a revelation! It has been several weeks since I finished reading it and yet I find myself going back over the story in mind and doing more than a little research on line. The authenticity of the story is amazing - a definite must read if you love history and/or romance.
